Tire mounting machine

1.Tire mounting mechanism can be set actions according to the different tires to overcome difficult tires and improve the success rate.
2. At the beginning of the tire mounting action,a pressuring machine hand is designed to achieve a high success rate for difficult tires.
3.The upper and lower height of the tire mounting mechaism can be set to improve the convenience of replacing varieties.

6.The upper and lower height of the new type of tire inflation  mechaism  can be set position on the operating screen to improve the convenience of replacing varieties.
7.New type of inflatable mechanism is driven by a ball screw and a precision motor, with low  inflation noise, 50% lower than the previous generation machine.

Installation Instructions

1.The equipment should be installed in less dust,non-corrosive gas,humidity<80%,temperature in -10-40 ºC environment.
2.Place the device on a flat surface and adjust the level and lock the anchor screw.
3.Check the loose parts and abnormal conditions.
4.The power supply of the device is connected to three-phase five-wire 380 volt AC with a  frequency of 50HZ.The power of the device is 5.3KW.
5.The pressure of the compressed air gas source used in this equipment is 0.6Mpa.
